We have cultivated an apprenticeship through more than sixteen years of professional practice in energy, especially in the electrical industry, regularly serving leading generation companies in the development of unconventional renewable energy, transmission companies and free clients. One of our strengths is to formulate technical and economic controversies before the Panel of Experts of the General Electricity Services Law and the Gas Services Law, where we have sponsored a multiplicity of customers in the electricity market (generation, transmission and free customer) and the natural gas network industry, in the presentation of discrepancies, obtaining valuable precedents in several of them.

In these same matters, we regularly formulate presentations to conduct controversies and discussions before sectoral authorities (Ministry of Energy, National Energy Commission, Superintendency of Electricity and Fuels, National Electric Coordinator), Comptroller General of the Republic and authorities for the defense of free competition (National Economic Prosecutor’s Office and Court for the Defense of Free Competition).
