We have experience in the development of energy projects, advising our clients in obtaining financing with commercial banks and international financing institutions, in negotiating the necessary contracts for the execution of the project (such as EPC, O&M and supply contracts of energy, among others), and in the processing of electrical concessions, permits and other authorizations necessary for the construction and operation of the project.

Likewise, we regularly advise companies that develop Small-Scale Generation Means or PMGD, by issuing Legal Opinions, Report on Law and review of interconnection contracts to the electric power distribution network, as well as on potentially litigious situations in specialized offices, such as: the Panel of Experts, the TDLC or the Superintendency of Electricity and Fuels.
