Candidate Master in Regulation (LL.M) from the London School of Economics. Lawyer. Degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Chile.

Constanza began her professional practice in 2010 at the 30th Civil Court of Santiago, where she served as Third Officer. Later, she moved to London, where she worked at different law firms as a consulting attorney, in the context of various disclosure processes, including the FED investigation of LIBOR manipulation by various investment banks during the years 2007 to 2011 (Clifford Chance, 2016) and fraud investigation in the context of the merger of the pharmaceutical companies Omega Pharma and Perrigo (Fried, Frank, Harris, Schriver & Jacobson -London- 2015 to 2017). 

During 2019, she worked independently for Quintanilla Busel Niedmann law firm and, as of October 2020, she joined Quintanilla Abogados as a consulting lawyer, where she has focused her practice on regulatory issues in the field of energy and telecommunications, mainly.

She is currently studying a master’s degree in regulation at the London School of Economics (MSc Regulation)
