Master in Economics and Regulation of Public Services from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Barcelona. Lawyer. Graduate in Legal and Social Sciences from the University of Chile, summa cum laude.
He is a professor of law and electricity regulation at the Diploma of Natural Resources at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has more than sixteen years of experience working in the electrical, telecommunications and postal services, natural gas grid and sanitation industries; free competition and other network industries. He was an associate, director of the electrical area and partner of Ferrada Nehme. He was also a founding partner of Quintanilla Busel Niedmann from October 2014 to May 2020.
He regularly advises companies on controversies before the Electricity Law Expert Panel and the Tribunal for the Defense of Free Competition.
He has been recognized by the international publication Chambers and Partners, Latin America 2020, in the areas of Energy and Natural Resources in Chile in Band 4.
