Lawyer with mention of Academic Excellence from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá Colombia, Master in Energy Law from the Universidad Mayor de Santiago de Chile (C), conciliator in Law accredited by the Chamber of Commerce of Colombia, consultant in measures against Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism with training at the United Nations Organization against Drugs and Crime UNODC, British Embassy and Information and Financial Analysis Unit UIAF (Colombia), she is currently pursuing a Diploma in Antitrust at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
In her professional practice she has worked in the public and private sectors as a consultant in energy, environmental and infrastructure projects, advising authorities and companies, which has added to her professional experience, skills in technical knowledge, research, legal argumentation and negotiation.
Her last position was as a Legal Professional in the Concessionaire executing the 4G Rumichaca-Pasto Road Infrastructure Project (Colombia); previously she worked as a Consultant for Caicedo y Caicedo S.A.S., a company of Sustainable Projects in energy, environment, mobility and construction in Colombia, with which she developed projects for public utilities such as MONTAGAS S.A. E.S.P and EMAS Veolia S.A.; she participated as a member of the Local Energy Committee of Pasto for the program of Energy Cities in Colombia led by the Mining and Energy Planning Unit UPME of the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Colombia and the Secretariat for Economic Development SECO of the Swiss Cooperation. He has experience as a teacher in several scenarios, among them in agreement with the Chamber of Commerce of Pasto, Mayor’s Office of Pasto and University of Nariño (Colombia).
