Especially in the electricity industry, we permanently advise large companies that develop portfolios of large-scale renewable electricity generation projects, which includes interconnection contracts to the grid (coordination agreements, toll contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, among others) and the review and agreement with all the parent contracts of the financing obtained for each of these projects.

All of the above within the framework of a permanent accompaniment of clients in the contractual negotiation process with their counterparts and the possibility of sponsoring them in the resolution of controversies that arise before the Panel of Experts or other entities that are competent.
